I think Biden is perhaps going a little gingerly, but that’s understandable when the cameras are aimed right at him. Better to be too slow than do a Dick Van Dyck skip down the steps.
If I were going down those steps, TV cameras or not, I’d definitely hold onto someone’s arm. But, of course, Biden could not do that. Nor could any male at any time, nor any President/Presidential candidate, male or female. (Cf. Hillary’s wobble.)

There’s a difference, though. When a video is posted of Trump saying “Argle Bargle!”, he’s actually saying “Argle Bargle!” in the video, and it’s left up to us to determine if that is evidence of dementia or not. We can argue about the interpretation, but not the facts.
But this? The GOP description of what happens in the video is just factually wrong. He’s walking pretty damn normally the whole time, and you can see that right in front of you, if you’re not totally deluded.
Yeah - that is another difference. The intended audience of this vid is eager to accept whatever they are told the vid shows, without bothering to even consider whether that jibes with what their eyes show them. (Assuming they even WATCH the vid.)
Of course, this would only matter if the GOP cares about facts.
The vote to approve the budget for the remaining 70% of federal agencies is going on now in the House. As of right now, the vote is just below the 2/3 threshold that Johnson needs to pass this on suspension.

I had a similar reaction. Mine was more of a “Bwa ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!” though. Holy cow, I thought were done with this kind of tomfoolery for now. I propse the Republicans just make MTG the Speaker.
