Does anyone here know what’s become of Tom Snyder, who did this show before Craig Kilborn? If you’re not familiar with Snyder, he said he was going to retire and become a shepherd, and always talked about his mom, ‘Mother Snyder,’ who was in an upper-class retirement home near Los Angeles, I believe. His conversations with the likes of Billy Connolly, and writers, and many current TV and movie stars, were delightful. There was good conversation there for night owls like me, and I enjoyed that, as well as the absence of screaming-meamie audiences.
