My uncle smokes so much… Sigh; he passed away a week ago. Okay, I got it, my other uncle smokes so much… He passed away about twenty years ago…
Cigarettes are so evil, Satan takes night courses at Philip Morris university…

The dingbats failed to change our abortion laws today http://www.heraldsun.com.au/news/victoria/bid-to-outlaw-lateterm-abortions-in-victoria-fails/news-story/4a5b5c9b39946dabd6a44ef6e43e8a5c so of course they want more fundies to enter politics.
Should they be illegal?
Huh, I’d have thought the devil would be a Duke alum…
Why? He hates la crosse.
And, presumably, not about these either:

Define “should”.
Well, if I had been around back in 1919, I would have been in favor of the prohibition of alcohol. I would have, like many in those times, learned, over the next decade from experience, and supported the repeal in 1933.
So… No, cigarettes should not be banned by law. (I will always vote in favor of a tobacco tax increase.)
They’re still goddamn fucking evil. They killed at least two members of my family.
Grin! Excellent answer!
“Morally,” damn yes, they should be illegal. But that’s in the sense of Gilbert and Sullivan’s Mikado, making up all sorts of categories of people who’d “not be missed.”
“Politically,” no, we tried that with booze. Oops. “The art of the possible.”
In my own home? They are prohibited by law! Light one up, and you might find yourself escorted off the premises by a law enforcement officer.
Do you believe making cigarettes illegal is a wise public policy choice?
But maybe the woman took an aspirin, had some coffee or wine, or thought bad thoughts about the “baby”? Shouldn’t every miscarriage be investigated as potential murder?
And what about all the “people” wanting in cryogenic storage for a “womb to rent”?
Agree, but smoking in enclosed spaces with other people present should be illegal - second hand smoke. Smoking in NYC offices was banned back in the late 80’s and it was a remarkable improvement, IMO.
I’m generally not in favor of banning smoking in outdoor public spaces, but people who do so, even though others object, are assholes.
Total agreement. Noses and fists.
