Someone sent me a Utube clip of a laughing baby
I’m wondering if this child could have Williams syndrome. (Picture of child with Williams) They have, what is described as, a “cocktail party personality.” I saw one child with it years ago. They tend to look alike, and the child in the video looks like the ones in the “Ugly Baby Book” (a book from Neonatology used to help determine genetic abnormalities. I can’t remember the real name of it.)
The video will make you smile anyway. If it doesn’t you need a cardiologist to give you a heart.
