I came across a stream of this game about a week ago and it intrigued me so I picked it up off Steam. (Its in Early Access)
It takes parts of driving games, car mechanic simulator, desert survival and blends it all with a large amount of Eurojank. (Made by a guy/team in Hungary iirc)
You start in a “house” with a mostly present bunch of items, and a garage with a random starter car. You can pretty much hop in the car and start driving, but there’s a lot to do even before you go anywhere.
The main things you can do involve the car. It starts in a less than great condition but you can improve it with tools or swap parts if you come across them.
It’s also a bit of a survival game, with needing food and water and to defend yourself from giant deadly hares.
There isn’t much to the game besides driving and finding/repairing vehicles, but there is some lore in the radio stations.
It is a very crude and juvenile game at points. Like dedicated buttons for burping and farting and urination (which are part of the survival mechanics) and the “rubber wife” (basically the top half of a blow up doll, which doesn’t appear to have any use thankfully) and the radio has channels that could be mildly upsetting.
