I know bowling is considered a blue-collar sport and all, but couldn’t the Professional Bowlers Association find a title sponsor that’s a little more high-rent than Lumber Liquidators? Hell, even Denny’s was a better choice when it was the PBA’s title sponsor.
Money is money. They would let a crime syndicate sponsor if they had to.
Especially considering the fact that hardwood bowling lanes aren’t even wood anymore, but synthetic material with a picture of wood on it.
I couldn’t give a rats ass about the PBA, but I’ve always found the name Lumber Liquidators a fabulously crappy name for a company/store. They couldn’t inspire less consumer confidence if they tried.
