To be more fair, they’re both undoubtedly teardowns. I don’t know if you’re being humorous, but it’s hard to say if the price is firm or a wishful thinking.
One of my relatives (very, very distant non-blood) used to own a “compound” of three buildings there. When she died some years ago it was on offer for a number in the teens with six digits behind it. Pity I never got to visit the place or play the golf course.
