Does the membership counter on the front page include staff?
Do y’all sign in like us regular folks, or have some secret manner to access the bowels of the SDMB? (I’ve read what people say to you…I’m pretty sure “bowels” is accurate!)

We’re just regular folk. Take me, for examle. No, better yet, take Ukelele Ike. He was a regular member before he became a moderator, just last month. Yet, he has over 6200 posts. Obviously, he didn’t get all those within a couple of weeks. I can only think of one poster who could pull that off (and he’s not likely to become a moderator anytime soon ;)).
So, to answer your question: the membership counter applies to all. Now, if you would be so kind as to place your head in this guillotine?
