So, how do you pronounce “Geordie”? I’ve found a piping tune on the web entitled The Mucking of Geordie’s Byre but don’t know how it’s pronounced.
Is it a variant of “Gordie” with a hard “G” - "Ge-ordie? Or a variant of “Georgie” with a soft “G” - “Jordie”?

Ive always pronounced it Jordie but I could be wrong.
