It’s even worse than you imagine. Arab elites, both Shi’ite and Sunni, are closely affiliated with the New World Order and of course the Islamist Messiah from Kenya was placed on the throne. Links between the Illuminati and Freemasons and Rosicrucians are well-documented. It’s no secret that the Freemasons are heavily infiltrated by Episcopalians; the Rosicrucians worship ancient Gods like Hermes Trismegistus and Osiris. Even the atheist Chinese have their One-Child policy taken directly from the New World Order Manifesto.

Yeah, but a fat government defense contract or war-loan or whatever is a bird in the hand. And if you deal with both sides, even the loser will make at least partial payment at certain times before the war ends, and the winner will pay in full.
While I don’t swallow The Grand Conspiracy put forth by the OP, I would have thought it was common knowledge that American Big Business has very close ties with both, Hitler and his ascendance to power. As they say, “business is business.”
You may or may not agree with the following article, but I think it is a well cited one noting some of the biggest US companies merrily going about their profitable businesses with the Third Reich. It is also well documented that Prescott Bush – despite the fact that I highly doubt he aligned himself with Fascist ideology – made quite a bit of money for the bank he happened to be managing at the time.
Sure, the opposite argument gets a lot of support as well: No doubt I can find an article showing any number of American companies doing the same kind of thing for the Allies – Russia included.

And it always has been common knowledge as far as I know. My mother used to tell me how back during they war people made jokes about how “our boys were being bombed with American steel.” People knew that american companies had cheerfully done business with the Nazis.
And the Nazis had quite a bit of support in America, something people choose to forget. Both because racism and anti-semitism was rampant in America, and because they were anti-Communist, and for many people that was more important than literally anything else. The Communists were “godless”, and as such the Ultimate of Evils, far worse than Nazism could ever be; from a Christian standpoint it’s infinitely better to run a concentration camp while believing in God - any god - than it is to feed orphans as an atheist.
Based on a quick survey of how large the Bund was, I think you’re overstating “quite a bit.”
