The Original Star Trek Finally Approved for Season DVD Sets

The Canadian version was the only one with the reference to phaser cutting phasers, but they destroyed it.
I may very well have the only video tape.
Since my Mother needs a new iron lung, I might be willing to part with it for suitable compensation.

We are playing nice. Haven’t you ever noticed the asexual tension between us?

Any see where Mr. Blue Sky ran off to?

Oh.
Never mind.
Carry on.

Are orchids asexual? Because the sexual parts of the flower are fused into a single organ.

You’ll all excuse me while I approach warp speed while flying towards the sun in order to travel back in time and NOT post what I posted.

“You’re not exactly catching us at our best”

Someone needs to do a Best Trek or Trek Thread Line thread. That was priceless, Aes!

Ditto… you get first prize, Aesiron, for, “best use of a Star Trek quote in everyday geek conversation.”

Can I also get back on topic and say I will be dreaming of owning this DVD set every night until it comes out.

Tsk tsk tsk. A true Trek fan would know that merely approaching warp speed isn’t enough to achieve time travel. You have to fly toward the sun at warp speed – the higher the warp speed, the better – and then pull away right at the point of closest approach.

And, for some reason, you have to engage ordinary braking thrusters to stop the time travel process. :dubious:

Can I have his CDs?

I already went back in time and took them. Then someone from the future stole them from me, shot me up with a phaser-cutting phaser. Luckily i have a phaser-cutting-phaser-dephaser-er and all is better.

Yeah, but it won’t do you any good. I’ve reversed their polarity.

Dammit.

Move to the Equater!

Outstanding, NoClue!

I’m here all week.

:dubious:

You try to claim true Trekkiness while getting a fundamental law of Trek physics wrong? It’s not called the slingshot manuever for nothin’, y’know.

Gi’me your phaser and communicator, cadet.

Just one damn minute…!

Why, sir! Are you implying that the star must be approached at below warp – i.e. at sublight speed?

Then why did Kirk & company approach the sun at Warp 7.5+ in Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home, hmmm? :stuck_out_tongue:

Let that be a lesson to you. Always wear your phaser-cutting-phaser-proof vest!
