The Physical Geography of the world and our historical timeline are being supernaturally changed as I type this

But it does, the way I read it. You must be from…

This isn’t the version I remember-what gives?

Modding: OK, this thread has become completely silly. I’m going to kick it back out of GD and back to MPSIMS.

No it hasn’t!

Yes it has!

Only in one universe it has. Did you send it back to the proper parallel universe?

Why does it say
“Administrator” by your name now?

No it hasn’t. Silly would be arguing that Stouffer’s ever made stove-top stuffing. This is just the automatic gainsaying of another poster.

When was it not silly?

Wait, I just got sucked into either some alt universe or my memory had gone mandela- wasn’t there a emoticon of a guy wearing a tinfoil hat?

I’m sorry, your five minutes is up.

That was our only option, once the OP ruled out vitriol.

Sillyness is in room 12B.

In All The Myriad Ways, it took machinery to go to alternate worlds. Niven’s For A Foggy Night had accidental travel to alternate worlds - at least in this universe.

Room 222.

But it didn’t state the theory I mentioned.

In case the OP hasn’t been scared off by all this logic and reality…

Here’s a 1975 Stove Top Stuffing commercial. It’s one I recall from my young married days. From what you’ve said, it predates you. At about the :26 mark, you’ll clearly see the General Foods logo appear on the screen.

Stove Top was made by General Foods, not Stouffer’s. It was never made by Stouffer’s. And I CLEARLY recall it being made by General Foods because my uncle worked for GF at the time, and I asked him about Stove Top. His wife, my aunt, made pretty terrible stuffing, and I was hoping he’d brought some Stove Top home from work for her to make. He hadn’t–they didn’t get free product.

True. Sorry about that.

Speaking of all these sneaky changes in our childhood foods, what about SpaghettiOs? I remember them being made by Chef Boyardee, but it turns out they aren’t :scream:

Different company entirely. Different “country” even. Although what the French have to do with spaghetti I can’t imagine.

Generalissimo Franco-American is still dead! (Or, maybe, he’s not.)

Would have been worth it if they brought back Gwen Stacy instead.
