The pitting of people who mistakenly conflate justice with legality (Martin/Zimmerman related)

Legal=just and heavily-in-demand=superior. You must be a huge fan of abortion.

Two things Bricker: 1) you’re the character, not the actor, and 2) no one gives a shit about your stupid fucking hijack, you humorless fucking knob.

He’ll pretend not to get it until you’re exhausted. Rope-a-dope.

But everyone gives a shit about your hijack with the office pool for Zimmerman’s upcoming murderous acts, eh? Because that’s edgy and comedic?

Correct. Good job finally getting it.

Heh, the Police Chief describes Zimmerman as 'sandy hook waiting to happen". I encourage you all to read it. Here’s another gem:

[QUOTE=Officer Rodriguez]
why is Shellie switching gears right now its obvious Mark Omara and her Attorney basically let her know that if george goes down there goes her monthly 4300 dollar settlement she is NOW interfering with an investigation and that is a crime which well she should be accountable for.

Money talks.

  • Honesty

I thank Honesty for making this latest story more interesting than “She’s a lying whorebitch who is just trying to persecute a poor, misunderstood man.”

Incorrect: Santiago Rodriguez is a private citizen who emailed the Lake Mary Chief of Police, Steve Bracknell, with his concerns about how the incident was being handled by his department.

Further, Mr. Rodriguez’s speculation about Shellie Zimmerman’s settlement appears to be factually incorrect. Per ABC, the $4300 is a sum that Zimmerman has given Shellie for living expenses during the divorce process, and not a fixed monthly payment. As the divorce is still pending, there is no fixed settlement of any kind. In the filing, Shellie requests equitable distribution of all marital assets.

At any rate, I don’t think it was ever any kind of secret that Zimmerman was an asshole with poor judgment, the Martin case made that abundantly clear. But, no amount of threatening his wife or punching his father-in-law makes him retroactively guilty of the Martin murder, so what’s the point?

We’re just waiting on tenterhooks to see who he kills next. Like if Casey Anthony had some other kids. And hey, wouldn’t it be great if he got away with it again?

I don’t know about “great,” but it would be terrible if he was convicted for it when there was an insufficient legal record to do so.

I certainly hope you agree.

Well, don’t hold your breath.

Yes, given the most likely scenario in which he’d kill again - that is, when some vigilante attacks him. One would sincerely hope he does get away with it, and without the farce that happened last time.

Last time a vigilante attacked him?

Last time he was wrongly tried when he killed someone.

You should learn how to read. He did not say, “when some vigilante attacks him AGAIN.” Or you’re retarded and can’t learn how to read which is what I suspect the case is from this and many other threads.

Wrongly tried? Wow, admit it, you’re just a troll.

Yeah, that’s pretty much my primary concern.

Explain to me why he should have been tried for murder, then. Remember, there has to be sufficient evidence that a jury could find him guilty, and a decent chance that they will, for a trial to be allowable.

I completely agree. This country wastes too much time on the trial portion of the justice system.

No kidding. “The bailiff may fire when ready!” That’s what we need!
