The Pledge of Allegiance Revisited

From Here (Washington Post)

Remember the whole “Pledge of Allegiance=Unconstitutional” deal that happened this summer? Remember the backlash? Remember that the 9th circuit decided to reconsider its ruling?

It has officially reconsidered, and has upheld its ruling, for the most part. (The pledge is now considered constitutional, but the 9th district schoolchildren cannot be led to say it in school.)

What do y’all think of the revised ruling? Personally, I think it was smart to take “baby steps” to remove the invocation of God from our national pledge.
