I am not currently able to get my hands on The Polar Express and was wondering if anyone on here would be so kind as to post the passage found on the last page of the book. It talks about how only the true believers can still here the bell and over time his sister even couldn’t hear it. If anyone with the book handy could post the exact passage I would greatly aprreciate it. Thanks in advance and Merry Christmas!
“At one time most of my friends could hear the bell, but as years passed, it fell silent for all of them. Even Sarah found one Christmas that she could no longer hear its sweet sound. Though I’ve grown old, the bell still rings for me as it does for all who truly believe.” The Polar Express by Chris Van Allsburg
