How many of you guys will still be here after July 5th?
It sucks that you have to pay now but it may be worth it.
I’ll still be here. It’s the 9th I’m really worried about, but I hear laproscopic surgery isn’t so bad.

The rate goes up? Pshaw, I ponied up long ago.
Laparoscopy isn’t too bad- except for the air they blow in there that makes you all bloated and gassy for the next week. Ugh. And don’t let them forget to take out the sutures, like they did with me.
Wait, what? Don’t they just use the kind that dissolve?

I have both polyps (in/on/around/near-ish/whatever the fundus) and a 1/2 inch stone embedded in the neck of my gall bladder. Fun, right?

I thought mine would dissolve, too, cuz they never mentioned them, even at my follow-up. I finally got a co-worker to take 'em out (I work in a dr’s office) and my skin was almost grown over them by that time. So make sure you ask!
Also, good advice before any surgery- make sure you already have gotten a script for painkillers and get it filled BEFORE you have your surgery.
And when they’re putting you under, don’t say something stupid, like “I have a tall tolerance”… :smack:
