When referring to a group of fruit-bearing plants, are there specific terms? For example, should the word “orchard” only refer to seed or stone fruit trees like apples, pears, cherries, and peaches? Should “grove” only be used for orange, lemon, lime, and grapefruit trees? What about non-tree fruits like grapes, berries, and bananas? Is “orchard” acceptable for all of them?
Vineyard for grapes. Grove can mean a group of trees of any kind, not just those grown for agriculture.
