Yep, your top 2 place guys pretty well sucked last night. I had a straight flush early on, and a $10 bet scared everybody off. I guess I shoulda played it slower… And then I raised a bet and was poised to call the re-raise with a pocket pair…and hit “Fold”!! I was crushed. Things just went downhill from there it seemed.
First 2 table tourney! It was exciting, but I would have liked to been able to see the other table…
I don’t know, Nanook was 16% behind me… Not sure if that’ll be enough to push me back too far, but I’m gonna need to buck up for next week.
Hey! I just tried to go to pokertropolis and play a little .25-.50 but I got problems. First it won’t let me buy in when I sit down. Second, it won’t let me go to the cashier page. I should have a solid 8 buckaroos in the ol’ account.
Ideas? Insights? Is it just me? Can any of you guys see the cashier stuff?

As for this Thursday…My middle son turns 9 that day…I may or may not be there tomorrow night, depending on what he wants to do that day. I might *Yetibot that night and jump in late…who knows. He might want to watch me play (he has before and he’s my math wiz of the boys and is interested like I was at his age).
I might have to miss my first ever tourney. The fall leg of the party tour circuit starts this weekend, gotta get hammered in Texarkana, leaving really early Friday morning. So much yet to do, pretty much depends on how much I get done tonite whether or not I’ll be there tomorrow night.

I play consistently on PokerChamps and Paradise, I wouldn’t mind playing on a new site. I do not use my credit card though for transactions. But would be willing to get a throw away card for the minimum deposit needed on Pokertropolis if that would work?

Wednesday night I decided to upgrade to WinXP. Wow! Look! It won’t recognize my modem. Well, that should be an easy fix. Nope. After I bought a new modem, got it working and everything I realized I couldn’t locate the CD with my ISP dialer. Called the ISP, found that sometimes when people go from Win2000 to WinXP there can be problems getting an ISP loaded. I am one of those special people.
Until I either find my dialer CD or I receive the program from the ISP in the mail I have no internet at home. WAHHH!!!
