I went out last night and tried to get near the parade in NYC. I had a little success but besides the official parade there is of course, a great parade of people trying to see the parade.
There were many young women dressed as slutty as they would ever appear in public and not be arrested. But when I finally tired of it all I headed home to Brooklyn and I shared the C train with Little Red Ridding Hood. Her outfit was homemade and she had a proper cloak with hood. She also was reading a book, Morality for Beautiful Girls. I’m not sure if that was part of her outfit and she switched trains at Jay Street for the F. (I hate the F Train! All the hot chicks I ever see on the C change at Jay St. for the F. CURSE YOU F TRAIN!) I’m not sure why but she was just the sexiest thing I saw all night. Maybe it was the ‘All this and brains too’ idea or the fact that she wasn’t with some boyfriend that was glaring at everyone that dared to stare at his girlfriend as she walked about in her underwear. Second place was to a young women dressed as a newsie. She had the cap and the knickers and newspapers to sell.
