My brother/mum’s station wagon, christened the Shaggin’ Wagon, is now dying…
A gug hit it and it jammed on of the front wheels back
I need consoling, that car is very special to me.

That sentence alone shows me how distraught you are.
My advice - let it go and let the grieving process begin.
Just for poops and laughter, I ran your emotional outburst through Babelfish (English to French to German to English), as is my wont. Here is what it came up with:
“Gug it struck, and it blocked in accordance with the wheels forwards backwards”
Sometimes, laughter is the best medicine. And other times confusion does just as well.
I think a memorial service is in order.
Please eulogize the Shaggin’ Wagon.
And choose some nice music.
I wonder who did the christening?
Aside from that, I’d like to express my condolences to the family.
I’m soo sorry to hear that. My friend Steve had a van that he called the shaggin wagon. There were no seats in it other than the front two. I have had some fun in that carm but I think he got rid of it. Now he’s in college so it doesn’t really matter anyway. But I loved that car.
When I had to trade in my first vehicle to buy the one I have now, I cried. Seriously. My husband was so embarrased- I bawled as the dealership guy drove it away.
I still miss Bob the 91 GMC Sonoma. Janet the 98 Jeep Cherokee will never take his place, no matter much cooler she looks…
I feel your pain
A what hit it? What is a gug?
