From the eponymous book, was a Masterpiece Theater Junior children’s presentation some time in the early 80’s. It was originally produced by BBC 4. I have been trying unsuccessfully to find this series on DVD/VHS, wax cylinder, whatever. Is there anyone who may have a lead on how to obtain a copy? My google juju turns up people reminiscing about the series, but not one poster has a clue on how to obtain a copy, if even one is available. I’ve even made (unanswered) queries to BBC directly.
