I did a search for this, but it said there were too few words:
Where does the term “86’d” come from? Like, “Yeah, I 86’d my cell phone because it cost too much money”
This was answered by Cecil himself some time ago.
It was also discussed in this thread from yesterday.
The trouble with searching may have been that the board search tool requires you to enter words longer than three letters, so ‘86’ doesn’t cut it.
