Ask yourself this, with all the fuss over getting better gas milage, if this device worked wouldn’t it be installed on all cars at the factory?

After I posted the Op, I found out that Popular Mechanics tested the device in their magazine last month.
What’s sad is that Sam Memolo (host of Two Guys Garage) is whoring this thing.
This incarnation of his show (previously Crank & Chrome and Shadetree Mechanic) is more product placement oriented. I don’t have a big problem with that, but they don’t do the useful stuff they used to (basically showing the average schmoe how to fix his car).
