And, I have been told from a reliable source, that many of our citizens purposely create explosions within the city on a daily basis! And they use these explosions in a so-called controlled manner to propel a horseless carriage! Nothing short of sheer negligence!

I can see why someone in Minot ND is complaining about gopher holes being blown up, given that the area has about one-hundred and fifty gopher holes containing nukes.
