What the hell is up with the prison camp at Guantanamo? A Hundred innocents released after more than a years false imprisonment. Four officers charged with mishandling state secrets. Some “POW’s” given Lawyers, some not. Special exemptions for prisoners from favored countries, And now this :

Army Capt. James Yee had been scheduled to face the military version of a preliminary hearing Tuesday at Fort Benning, Ga., on charges he mishandled secret information at the U.S. prison in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
But the hearing was postponed after prosecutors discovered that legal staff at Guantanamo had mistakenly included a classified document in investigation packets delivered to Yee’s attorney and the hearing officer, Army Lt. Col. Bill Costello of the U.S. Southern Command said Wednesday.

What have we built down there, a traitor magnet, or a homage to Franz Kafka? If it weren’t such a travesty, I’d be laughing my ass off!
