This is more a Factual Question than a pitting, but I’ll throw it out here: is this really a 1st Amendment problem? “Congress shall make no law…freedom of the press.” Trump hasn’t stopped the AP from printing anything they want; they’re just making it harder for them to do their job. Is there a precedent that covers this?

It’s way too late for kompromat. Trump is impeach-proof. If Putin testified at Impeachment 3 and said it’s all true, they still won’t get 66 votes. Trump will never resign. If steroids can keep him alive long enough, he will still be President in six-plus years.

My main point was you can pile high all the evidence and even have Putin say it’s true, yet they won’t get 66 votes in the Senate.

I’m mostly convinced that, even if Russia did release something huge about Trump, like being verifiably a pedophile, or something like that, being a pedophile would just become the latest fashion among the MAGA set.
