The Trump Administration: The Clusterfuck Continues

My coinage, but everyone is invited to use it for free at their discretion. I know the “tan” is rather an orange hue, and the random caPITAlisation is weird, but I smugly like it too. It is fitting as an emetic.

Ebay has you covered.

I wonder how he’s going to spin Canada’s new prime minister being someone who has never held elected office as a reason for the US to take over the country.

What will it be once the US dollar jumps into the grave with the Zimbabwe Dollar?

Not only that, but he is emulating one of his heroes (some Austrian painter from the 1930s or so) in deciding who is and is not Jewish.

And all those unelected bureaucrats the Unelected Bureaucrat in Chief canned? They deserved it because they don’t work, according to the Firxt Felon.

Fuck, it’s Groundhog Day, the Governmental Horror Sequel! We’re now back to him blathering about “only the bext people”.

Yet more proof the Firxt Felon does not know when to shut up: Schumer is going to vote for the fundx to keep what’s left of our government running.

My big quibbles here are 1) Firxt Felon and Prexident Muxk already have taken carte blanche to screw up/over/around our government, and 2) Not stopping this ridiculous and odius trumplican bill will only encourage the trumplicans to continue on their misguided course.

Before I continue with this, let me state the obvious: The United States of America is not at war.

But does that matter to the Diabolical Duo? Nope. They’re going to use the Alien Enemies Act to justify their cruel deportations.

Did you catch that last bit? “Without a hearing.” And the Department of Defense not being involved is questionable since if you have an enemy nation, you’d think that meant that nation is at war with you, wouldn’t it? Yep. We’re into dictatorship territory now. Just as promised.

Has the act ever been invoked before? Why, yes. Way back in World War II. And who were those enemy aliens?

Fuck.

Hey, at least this administration is keeping air travel safe.

I wonder what sector of the aviation community the Firxt Felon is going to depopulate now.

What do you know? One of his attempts at negating the judiciuary as a functioning branch of the governmet is temporarily braked.

Just an FYI to state the obvious: AFAIK, lawyers are officers of the court. The court is the judiciary branch.

And this part from the article is hilarious.

We already know the Firxt Felon cannot be trusted with the nation’s secrets.

And while we’re talking about Felon47 the Revenge Tour’s legal woes, let’s see what else Muxk is up to.

Basically he’s been told to put up or shut up.

Hey, there’s another court case near and dear to what passes for a heart for the firxt felon.

NOW we’ll see if the SCOTUS gives even one flying fuck about the constitution which created their damn jobs.

What’s up with all of these x/s swaps? I’m fairly certain that it’s intentional on your part, and it means something, but I’ve not seen this before.

Elmo is obsessed with the letter X for some reason.

One also notes that Trump almost universally quotes Democrats. He had to really hunt to find McKinley to finally, at last, have one connection in history to the Republican party.

There is an aphorism, “Want to bring down a barn? Cut an 18-inch hole in the roof, stand back, and wait,” the idea being it lets water in that rots the foundation so the building eventually collapses.

Want to bring down the US? Elect a con-man President, stand back, and wait.

Why…the…fuck is he telling this to the Republic of Ireland leader? New York has historically been super supportive of Ireland. I’ll have to look up the context of this quote yet for now i’ll just assume the Taoiseach said something nice about New York and perhaps Senators of the past like Moynihan who Trump might know as a Democrat who put up with exactly zero of Trump the NYC slumlords antics.

Also dunno why European leaders give Trump any credibility by visiting him. As well, I reckon somehow Ireland’s neutrality and 0.22% of their GDP spending on their nominal army came up. Trump probably doesn’t know Ireland is neutral and not in NATO or that any nation are welcome to fly military or other aircraft into Shannon (SNN) which has a very long runway so long as they are not armed.

Certainly Trump knows nothing about Scotland or its history, though his mother was born there, other than they also take zero shit from the slumlord who only cares about his golf course.

He used to live in NYC. Does he know this Monday, March 17, there is a parade on Fifth Avenue that’s been going on for 263 years? Harry S. Truman (1948) and Bill Clinton (2000), neither of which are/were even as remotely Irish as Biden, marched in the parade? There’s something else in common with them and Chuck Schumer, Moynihan, RFK, Al Smith (besides the latter three were of rather close Irish descent and none of them were Palestinians).

(also my Mom knows the Grand Marshall this year, both being from Limerick)

Or as we call them here “London pub prices”.

Too much Sesame Street as a child:

Ha! I’ve already planned for some side-action flying from LHR to JFK with as much 18+ year old expensive duty-free Scotch (or whisky as it’s called here) yet I reckon he’ll exempt at least the Scotch and now that he’s pals with Ireland the Jameson’s and Guinness as well. Just screw the French wine and German beer exports. That’ll teach them. Instead support Ру́сский Станда́рт / Rússky Standárt vodka which none of the supermarkets in the UK sell (anymore). Dunno about the USA - used to be my preference when there (and long ago in St. Petersburg).

It’x all due to a trauma he xuffered as a xchool boy; he wax attacked by a xat.

A sat?

I read through some of the irish online news. Couldn’t really find in what context Trump went off on Democrats esp. Schumer the Palestinian.

I didn’t know he owned a golf course in Ireland too. It’d be a real shame if anything happened to it:

Greens dug up and Palestinian flags planted at Trump’s Doonbeg golf course

Trump also said that if he drained Ireland of all the US companies “maybe I’d lose the Irish vote”.

I don’t buy this. I mean, Biden was like 4th and 6th generation Irish so perhaps a lot of people in exit polls self-identify as Irish. Even Clinton was very popular in Ireland itself. Trump would be heavily booed.

Speaking of booing:

JD Vance, the US vice-president, was booed by the audience as he took his seat at a National Symphony Orchestra concert at Washington’s Kennedy Center on Thursday evening.

And this was also in the Irish Times:

In a 2016 interview with the New York Times, Mr Vance said he had not realised that people listened to classical music for pleasure as he reflected on his rise through the American class system after the overnight success of his memoir Hillbilly Elegy.

Also, apparently any visitors to the oval office get tag-teamed with Vance being there too. The Irish Times mentioned he wore “shamrock socks” and had on a green tie. Also this Taoiseach Micheál Martin was to meet Jews in DC but the Israeli ambassador said he was an anti-semite so I’ve no idea what the Irish are electing anywhere.

Oh, and Biden banned Russian Standard Vodka in 2022. How can Trump achieve peace in Ukraine with these unfair trade bans the democracts keep throwing at struggling countries like Russia? Trump is probably off golfing today, yet I hope he marks St. Patrick’s Day by un-banning Russian Standard.

No, a bat.
(Monty Python reference)

Yes, I got that, but in context, the correct paraphrase would have been, “That’x right, a xat.”

That has nothing to do with Trump. Israel and Ireland have been on a collision course for some time now, with Israel shuttering its Dublin embassy back in December.

(Incidentally, the President of Israel, Yitzhak Herzog, is part Irish, and his grandfather, also Yitzhak Herzog, was known as the Sinn Féin Rabbi).

Today Mad King Donald is at DOJ ranting about how it’s illegal to be mean to him.

Oh boy. Marc Elias does incredible work, working tirelessly to both expose injustices / corruption and fight against them.

Now the maga mob is being set on him

Has he hit Thomas Jefferson’s limit for Executive Orders or run out of sharpies for his psycho signature? If he doesn’t like a law he can make up one he likes. The loud silence of his (nominal) party will not (CYA) challenge it, and as I understand it, a bond has to be put up to challenge stuff - even what looks like clear 1st amendment “does not like”. He (and the republicans) in Congress deserve to be lectured/badgered/admonished by SCOTUS for “plenary” (just like that word) crap that ought not be clogging the courts, esp. theirs.

There’s a video clip out there of Trump in Scotland describing his mother to the press as “Scotch”.
