I’m wondering if the “report claiming that King Charles III would make an offer” is referring to something I saw posted on Facebook, which shows King Charles III “revoking America’s independence” in light of our demonstrating our inability to properly govern ourselves by electing Trump. (unfortunately I can’t figure out any way to copy it here). I had seen a similar meme years ago with Queen Elizabeth II
