Oh, we’re going to continue having elections. What we’re not going to have is valid results. At least not results accepted by the populace like it used to be in the good old days before Trump’s ego was insulted by his loss of the 2020 election. We’ve already seen since then, at every level, the most ridiculous refusals of candidates who have clearly and by a large margin lost. We just don’t have the manpower or the funds to continue this fight in every election every time.
Luckily, we haven’t seen local repeats of the storming of the Capitol when those ego-hurt candidates have lost, but I’m not betting on that remaining the case.
Even under the best of circumstances we’d have two more months to endure. Remember how long the first two two months felt? Yeah.
Losing the election got the clown out there instigating an actual attempt to overthrow the government. What do you think his supporters will do when he gets impeached by the House of Representatives, and then convicted and removed from office by the Senate?
Maybe someone told Him “Roosevelt” approximately translates into rose garden, and there can be no others before Him.

The US Embassy in Tel Aviv has been ordered to boycott the Tel Aviv Pride Parade on Friday. The parade passes right in front of the embassy, and in previous years - including 2017-2020 - it would be festooned with huge rainbow flags. Now the building will stand bare, and embassy staff are forbidden from taking part in any of the festivities.
Think of the money we could save if we gave him a large pick-up truck to put those oversized flags on.

They upgraded the consulate in Jerusalem to an embassy, but they still kept the old embassy in Tel Aviv. Technically, they’re both the U.S. Embassy - Tel Aviv Branch and Jerusalem Branch. I’m not entirely sure how it works.
