The “you don’t know the populations of countries you expect to topple” was very biting. “Iran wants to kill Donald Trump” was incredulous as a reply.
Perhaps one country wanted to kill George Washington. Maybe six for Teddy Roosevelt? Perhaps only two for FDR? For Trump it’d be like the line of people waiting in “Airplane!” to smack the woman freaking out “Get a hold of yourself!”, including a nun, a woman with a gun, guy with a wrench and we don’t see the end of the line.
That’s a good way to put it. I’m sure that Cruz wasn’t expecting such a pushback on his answers from Carlson—I’m sure he was expecting more like, “Mm-hm, yes, that makes sense,” or similar.
Note that I’m not agreeing with Carlson either, but it was nice to see somebody challenging a Republican, and not taking his “facts” at face value. I wouldn’t have been at all surprised if Carlson had said “Cite?” at what Cruz was saying.
I’m really surprised that he didn’t cancel it in one of his first executive orders, given that it was something that Biden did, and by mentioning slavery is is the epitome of woke.
If he were to rebrand it he wouldn’t name it after shit hole countries, they don’t deserve recognition. Instead he would repurpose it to the exact opposite of its intended meaning something like “Southern white heritage day.”

You see previously Trumps was saying he was going to make a big wonderful deal with them and so the facts showed that they had no intention of building a nuclear weapon. I suspect it’s a combination of people trying to explain to him that he’s demanding something (unconditional surrender) that dropping a few bunker busters won’t accomplish, and trying to talk him down from using nukes on Iran.

More recently, the US has developed the 30,000 lb (14,000 kg) [GBU-57] Massive_Ordnance_Penetrator). It is America’s largest non-nuclear bomb. Each can penetrate up to 60 meters beneath the surface to destroy its target. It can only be carried by the B2 Stealth Bombers due to its size.
I thought B52’s were the only thing that could carry massive payloads. So even though they (B52’s) fly high, the B2’s will be in and out before they feel the shock wave in Tehran.
