Presidents have used recess appointments when a particularly obstructive Senate has been unwilling to allow even routine non-controversial candidates. This is not the case here. The Senate is not being overly obstructive his own party is in the majority. It is only that his candidates are so completely unqualified and generally antithetical to the positions they are appointed to that even members of his party are balking.
But this isn’t the main reason people are concerned about him acting dictatorially, that has more to do with his openly expressed desire to replace the civil service with handpicked people who have pledged loyalty to him over the constitution, use the federal government to punish his enemies, and activate the military to operate domestically.
Plus the spelling is absolutely atrocious… way worse than english spelling

I call him a dictator because he has said on TV multiple times that he intends to be a dictator. There may be many paths he can take to get there but the fact that he wants to go in that direction is well established. There’s no point in getting mad about it.
Every President gets called “dictator” and worse by somebody. Remember how Gina Carano got herself cancelled because she thought Biden was going to throw her in a Nazi-style death camp? Well, Biden’s got a week left to do it so I guess it’s still possible but as of right now look at how much death camp she’s not in! So much for “dictator” Biden, it’s like he didn’t even try!
