This is why he going after Comey for lying.

Conmen love the shell game, right?
Kilmar Abrego Garcia , the Maryland father who was wrongly deported to El Salvador and later brought back to the U.S. before facing new deportation efforts, was transferred to a central Pennsylvania detention center Friday morning, his attorneys said.
Abrego, 30, was taken to the Moshannon Valley Processing Center in Philipsburg, according to federal court documents filed by his attorneys. They said Immigration and Customs Enforcement notified them of the transfer earlier in the day.
ICE directed questions to the Department of Homeland Security, where Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin confirmed Saturday that Abrego was transferred.
Abrego had been held in Virginia. On Sept. 19, his attorneys filed a status report, saying that holding him at the Farmville Detention Center there “placed substantial burdens on the defense’s ability to meet with Mr. Abrego and properly prepare for trial.”
The court documents state that an ICE official told Abrego that the transfer to Pennsylvania would allow his attorneys “greater access to him.” But Abrego’s lawyers said it is “not yet clear whether that is true.”
His attorneys argued that travel to Moshannon is far more difficult for the defense team based in Nashville, and no easier for the team based in New York than travel to Farmville.
The felon’s incompetence and intransigence are ready to slap us all in the butt, especially government workers.
Federal employees from agencies across the US government say they’re “terrified,” “disoriented” and filled with anxiety as they brace for a possible shutdown that the Trump White House has threatened will pave the way for new rounds of fast-tracked mass layoffs.
There is widespread confusion and fear among federal workers as the Tuesday night deadline approaches for Congress to approve a spending package, according to more than a dozen employees from 11 federal agencies who spoke to CNN. Many are still waiting to find out who will be required to work through a shutdown — and who will be furloughed.
And instead of caring about the people he purportedly serves, the felon’s has this guidance for federal agencies.
Complicating matters, the White House budget office has directed federal agencies to “use this opportunity” to prepare sweeping new layoffs, based on which programs lose funding in the event of a shutdown and which don’t align with President Donald Trump’s priorities, according to a memo obtained by CNN.
But he sure loves him some hit lists.
The Department of Justice has issued a subpoena for records related to the travel history of Fani Willis, the Georgia district attorney who charged President Donald Trump in an election interference case in 2023, a source familiar with the Department of Justice’s actions confirmed to NBC News.
The New York Times was first to report the story.
The scope of the investigation is not yet clear, and it is not clear whether Willis is the target of the inquiry or whether she will ultimately face charges.
The development comes as Trump in recent weeks has publicly pressed Justice Department officials to investigate or charge his political foes, including former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James .
A grand jury indicted Trump and 18 allies in Georgia in 2023 over their efforts to overturn his 2020 presidential election loss in the state. Willis, the district attorney of Fulton County, brought the case against the then-former president, accusing Trump and his allies of orchestrating a “criminal enterprise” to keep him in power.
Yeah, that’s what they should be spending their time on with a shutdown looming.
Remember that shooting at an ICE facility? Check out how one of the victims is being treated.
DALLAS – The last time Stephany Gauffeny spoke to her husband, she was encouraged by the excitement in his voice. He was coming home.
Miguel Angel Garcia Medina , 31, was expected to be remanded to Immigration and Customs Enforcement from Tarrant County Jail in Arlington, Texas, over a DUI. But the couple hatched a plan that would keep them together even as the Trump administration stepped up deportation sweeps . Garcia started a visa process to stay in the United States permanently, had married Gauffeny and together they would raise four kids with a fifth baby on the way.
“He was feeling happy," Gauffeny said in an interview with USA TODAY of the Sept. 23 phone call. "He knew he would end up with ICE but we had a plan to keep him in the U.S.”
That plan imploded the following day. On Sept. 24, Garcia had just been transported from Arlington to the Dallas ICE field office when a gunman opened fire on the building and the va n with an 8 mm bolt-action rifle, killing one detainee and seriously injuring Garcia.
Garcia, 31, was one of three detainees injured or killed that day .
The next time Gauffeny saw him, on Sept. 24, Garcia was in a hospital bed at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas.
His face was swollen. Tubes snaked down his throat. Staples closed a scar across his head. Dried blood dappled his face, neck and bedsheets. His arms were restrained to the bed and his feet were shackled together at the ankles. He was unconscious.
Big Lie surrogate Giuliani and Dominion make confidential settlement.
Voting machine company Dominion has settled its $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit against former Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani over false allegations surrounding the 2020 presidential election, according to the company.
The settlement came just days after the company said they reached another settlement with another one-time Trump attorney, Sidney Powell.
“The Parties have agreed to a confidential settlement to this matter,” a Dominion spokesperson said in a statement to ABC News about the Giuliani case.
A court filing in the ongoing civil case against Giuliani on Friday showed the parties seeking a voluntary dismissal of the matter. No details about the settlement were made available.
I really wish Dominion had stuck to their guns and forced Giuliani and others to the witness stand.
And since this is a “make up working day Sunday” here in China, of course the Internet connection is iffy side. I’ll try to add more to this update today.

We all may need brand new Social Security numbers thanks to the felon’s DOGE.
A report issued Thursday accuses the Department of Government Efficiency of putting millions of Americans’ personal information in an unsecured cloud server.
Released by Senate Homeland Security Committee ranking member Sen. Gary Peters (D-Mich.), the report describes “unprecedented privacy and cybersecurity risks” by the agency, which one whistleblower warned could end with every American needing to be issued a new Social Security number.
Good news, folks.
Trump has posted a video to his Truth Social account that announces the dawning of a new age in medicine. “Medbeds”, which can heal all diseases and even regrow missing limbs, are coming to your town, after years of promises by far-far-right loonies like the Queen of Canada!
The video that Trump posted is an AI fake, starring…Donald Trump. But you better believe this health revolution is real!!! Though why it’s needed when we have ivermectin is a mystery.
Seriously, this seems like a big drop down the dementia rabbit hole.

It’s just practice. He’s checking out what he can get away with before he has Marine Corps One drop him off in front of Rockefeller Center so he can shoot someone there. And he’ll then turn around, look directly at the gaggle of horrified reporters, and say, “I told you so!”
The people who had “Med Beds before Tricorders” on their BINGO cards are crowing this morning.
I expect RFK Jr to start promoting these immediately! Bring on the infomercials! Operators are standing by…
He can get some help setting these up from Mike the Pillow Guy.

The post was removed. (Internet remembers anyhow)
Someone did realize that it was a promise too stupid to live, and told Trump to take it out or someone with some integrity took it out for him.

In Portland the ABC station is owned by Sinclair and the CBS station is owned by Nexstar.
Everyday I come here waiting to see if some form of action is being taken to remove CFSG and every day I am disappointed. Just how far does this have to go before something “positive” happens to get rid of him?

At the very least you’ll need a disastrous economic environment and/or a booldbath in the midterms.
It sure seems to me as if Trump is using the levers of government to designate any dissent as tantamount to insurrection and domestic terrorism, with the drafting of this new national security memorandum.
That is also how I read it.
I’m sure others agree.
Or, as one on-line commentator I saw put it “This is how they’re going to justify locking up White people at demonstrations”.
Or just the worry that Trump would put the blame on them if they didn’t erase Trump’s screw up for him.

I still think he pulled the idea of Portland being on fire/terrorized from his TV ass.
“I spoke to the governor, she was very nice,” Trump said. “But I said, ‘Well wait a minute, am I watching things on television that are different from what’s happening? My people tell me different.’ They are literally attacking and there are fires all over the place…it looks like terrible.”
