The Trump Administration: The Clusterfuck Continues

I hadn’t thought of that. Can one review items that they haven’t purchased, though?
As an aside, I did purchase a “Gulf of Mexico” t-shirt. I’ll rotate it with my “The Leopards are Here” and Planet of the Apes Statue of Liberty shirts.

Or rename that state to New America.

Do you want one of the remaining jobs with the federal government? Make sure you give the orange seal of approval winning answer! (The link goes to Yahoo.)

Those looking to apply to top national security positions with the administration are allegedly facing additional questions that test their loyalty to Trump.

These questions seem quite tailored to determine candidates’ inclinations on the president’s false claims about the 2020 election being stolen from him, according to people familiar with the interview process.

According to the report, the questions asked current and former officials up for top positions what they think about the result of the 2020 election and the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol. Although these questions were presented to candidates as “yes” or “no” options, individuals who did not respond with an affirmative “yes” were not selected for the job. It is not clear if they weren’t offered the jobs because of other reasons.

Those who spoke to the Post on the condition of anonymity confirmed the following questions were asked: Was Jan. 6 “an inside job?” and was the 2020 presidential election “stolen?” were posed in direct interviews.

Yes Donny it was, and you were the insider.

Isn’t that reserved for the former Greenland?

Or maybe Canada – I can’t keep up.

That’s gonna Barren… I mean Barron Land.

As an American and a GIS professional I can begin to explain how much this angers me.

And GOOGLE should have told him to take a long walk off a short pier. Right into the Gulf of MEXICO.

I wonder how long it is before they start asking biomedical scientists applying for positions: “Do vaccines cause autism?”

Imagine if you had to say you believed in pseudoscience to get a government scientist position.

It says “Gulf of Mexico (Gulf of America)” accessing from here in the southern hinterlands, I take it it only says “Gulf of America” when accessed from the U.S.?

Likewise from Sweden. Hopefully the stupidity will stay contained in the US…

Or, better yet, renamed it The Gulf of Not America.

El Golfo de España

Same here. Apple maps it is (for now).

Does South of the Border (on US I-95 just south of the border between the Carolinas, in the former Dillon, SC) still have its “Golf of Mexico”? miniature golf course.

If so, I’ll bet they haven’t changed the name to “Golf of America”

Even adding gulf of america in brackets gives me maximum irk. It’s a reminder of the power and intimidation of a person who is, respectfully, a fucking idiot.

What I can’t imagine is anyone applying for such a job in the current environment who either doesn’t already believe that, or at least knows that they should lie about it. I mean, it’s obvious to me what answers they expect.

Someone in Denmark has started a crowdfunding site to raise money so that Denmark can buy California from Trump.

I would suggest Golfo del Idiota Naranja.
