At least it’s nice to learn that somebody is going to be keeping records of who is who migrant-wise and what their current situation is and ultimate transport destination. I remember accounts of Trump’s 101 term when nobody kept records of all those children who were separated from their parents and the chaos that ensued. I would trust the military’s expertise in record keeping over DHS’ and ICE’s any day.
Now that ICE has a shitload of more money to spend, the age restrictions are going to be lifted, with the result being that
even more patriots will qualify to join ICE

In other news…
The Indianapolis Motor Speedway has asked DHS to refrain from calling their ICE expansion the “Speedway Slammer”, saying it violates their intellectual property. But of course, this is the same administration that constantly uses songs in rallies without their artists’ permission, so it didn’t stop DHS from doing this on Twitter, actually posting an AI image of a literal federal prison at the site of the speedway.
My goodness. I‘m not even a racing fan and I found that almost stomach-turning to look at. This administration, plumbing new depths.
It was never about “bad hombres”. They are being upfront about it now. If someone is proud of their Hispanic heritage, they are not wanted in this country and should be deported. But it’s fine if someone is proud to be Irish. No one tells the millions celebrating St. Patrick’s Day that they should go back to Ireland. Of course they are white so that’s “our culture”. People should be very afraid as that “culture” gets more narrowly defined.
One might wonder if signs like the one below might make a come back.
