Probably so.
Good thing she dropped out. I mean, she was so close to winning the nomination and breaking the hearts of Gaffey Joe fans, everywhere.
She still could and might?
First she must seduce Bloomberg, Bezos, the remaining Koch, or some other zillionaire to finance a mega-campaign to glue her compelling image to every voting eyeball in the nation. I’d look for mailers doused in mindbending chemicals inducing attitude flips, modeled on the anthrax mailers of a generation ago. “Touch this postcard and you’re Tulsi’s!” Right.
Waitaminute…
…suppose Tulsi and Hawaii both were promised to Barron?
I get that this is intended as humor but seriously, man, this is really fucking creepy, particularly as Barron just turned 14 yesterday.
Correct. Superdude, that was reprehensible. The kind of stuff that makes the environment unfriendly to women. Bash the administration for its arrogant idiocy and depravity. Bash Tulsi for her crap politics. But leave the creep factor out, please.
Wow, I completely missed this news that Gabbard had dropped out. At last. I’m another who is surprised but relieved she has done this, and her Biden endorsement is also a welcome surprise. She’d have a hard time running a third party campaign now. I think dalej42 has it right… she’s headed to a Fox spot.
I’ll withdraw the comment, and cop to it being tone-deaf, but I’ll disagree with your characterization of it as reprehensible. It’s not worth hijacking the thread for, though.
Vlad pulled the plug on her.
Bumped.
An update: she’s left the Democratic Party and is now campaigning for the pro-Trump GOP gubernatorial candidate in Arizona.
Of course she has. Frankly I’m surprised it took this long. Tulsi is a very odd cat as politicians go. I assume she was only a Democrat opportunistically because she was in Hawai’i, but who really knows - her political history is literally all over the map. But she definitely seems to be doubling-down on her social conservatism and Russian apologism lately.
Good luck to her and her supporter.

And still a Russian asset.
