According to the latest issue of Game Informer, Vin penned the foreword to Thirty Years of Adventure: A Celebration of Dungeons and Dragons and has been a D&D player since childhood. He’s also the founder of Tigon Games, developer of The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay. So he’s got awesome geek cred.
The bit of a joke was “Here’s some ideas on how to write a good car chase sequence.” Wheelman’s guide would need to be included, too, of course. I figure he’d get a kick out of it. I know he plays, he shops at the store I buy my games at. (Strat.)
Not only that, but he also tought Dame Judy Dench how to play when they were filming Chronicles of Riddick. How cool is that?
