That really was a heck of a play. I’m really impressed by the Korean team. The catch in right was pretty nice too.

That last pitch Darvish throws is simply nasty (it’s one of the highlights). I’ve watched it a few times.
The other side of that is that Japan-S. Korea may be the first great international baseball rivarly. Five games in the WBC, split 2-2 going into the final, and a great game to cap it.
I missed the final game because I was flying to Europe. Flight attendants were walking down the aisles with signs showing the score in more or less real time. Of course there was cheering every time Japan scored - just to show the level of interest. Even my wife who dislikes baseball watched the game and loved it.
