Seriously, the wooshing sounds screaming through this thread are deafening! I am usually sarcasm impaired, but if you couldn’t tell that the OP and the FDR quote were parodies of wing-nut Republicans (I think Archie Bunker qualifies as a parody of a wing-nut Republican, and I did not know that that was the origin of the quote), then you seriously need to get your offend-o-meter adjusted.
