I’ve only recently known her as more than just a name and image, but I had no idea about the circumstances of her death being so mysterious. Can anybody recommend the “definitive” book on the topic? Also, does anybody know if the lounge and rooftop apartment she owned (as referenced in Carnivale, which began my interest) still stands?
