One year in our town a beauty salon with a huge front window put up a huge scene: churches, train box cars and cabooses, cabins, bridges, lots of plastic dinosaurs and animals, and in the very far corner a 5 inch stable with minute Mary, Jesus and Joseph.

It was a work of art.

Actually, come to think of it, there’s a variety of blowup dolls on a page somewhere on the Rotten Library. More than enough for a nativity scene, except for Lil’ Baby Jesus.
