There is some pork in the fridge

I’ve got a roast pork loin in the fridge, it’s left overs from a few days ago. It’s seasoned with rosemary and garlic, and is sitting in a small amount of its own gravy. I had a sandwich of pork slices and tzatziki on a baguette for lunch, and it was delicious, but I’m wondering if anyone has more ideas. I know you all aren’t psychic and can’t determine the contents of my kitchen, but if I don’t have what you suggest I’ll just consider it for the future. Thanks!

Do what I always do with leftover meat: make an omelette out of it! You could put the gravy on top. Tasty.

BBQ pork. Simmer the pork slices in apple cider, red pepper flakes and maybe a little tomato.

Burrito? Add some rice and veggies and wrap it in a tortilla. Doesn’t have to have a Mexican flavor, you can add anything. I usually do this with leftover chicken.

Cuban sandwich with pickles on good crusty bread.

What Sigmagirl said. With a beer!

Stir-fry! It’s my go to for leftover meat. Or Pork fried rice.

Two packs of Ramen noodles, boiled in one of the soup packets, tossed with the second soup packet plus, a teaspoon of sesame oil, some sweet soya sauce and a little chillie sauce to taste. Add a handful of beansprouts and some finely chopped cucumber, keep tossing.

Thinly slice the meat and serve on top of the noodles, sprinkle with fresh ground pepper.

( Bonus points for garnishing with freshly chopped corriander. )

Great, now I’m hungry!
