Sorry to throw a bucket of cold water on this, but gold is not money. Gold represented money, and it holds a high value because people are still willing to exchange large amounts of money for it, but gold is not money.
Turning your money to gold made sense when you needed to physically move your worth from one place to another, but since we have all agreed to accept that money can be an abstract rendering of value (and a means of keeping score) we do not need to have money tied to a certain stockpile of gold.
Now back to our previously scheduled non sequiturs.
But, to be fair, you’re referring only to actual gold that exists on earth and was mined by humans. For all we know, the 90% of chappy’s gold that is imaginary has all sorts of magical powers.
Am I the only one who notices how this thread keeps lining up with this thread?

Well dang, I’d been watching to see if chappy was ever going to address the photographic evidence I produced in his Oh Noes the Poles are Shifting! thread and here it turns out he’s started a whole new line of conspiracy theory instead.
Neil Keenan,the man filing the suit to recover the gold is an* associate* with Wilkie Farr. His father was Joseph Keenan who was involved with prosecuting the Japanese war criminals after WW2.
“Associate” and “involved with”-care to be a little more specific there?
In what court was/is this suit being filed?
This isn’t a Great Debate. I’m moving it to MPSIMS and seeing how that works out.
He led the prosecution in the Tokyo war crimes trials.
Chappy, are you going to bother to address the repeated citations that there isn’t anywhere near as much gold mined in the whole world as you claim is being hidden by the evil bankers? I mean, this is such a glaring problem for your theory that surely you understand that no one is going to take any of this remotely seriously unless and until you explain your claims regarding this, right? Or are you going to continue to ignore requests for further information, as you have done in all of your previous threads.
I’m predicting now, for instance, that this very post will be thoroughly ignored next time you write something.
The Neil Keenan who is an associate of Wilkie Farr, whose entry in the company directory you linked to (here), apparently graduated from college in 2006, and law school in 2009. I find it highly unlikely that this person is the son of Joseph B. Keenan, who died in 1954. Also, the Neil Keenan who’s an associate at Wilkie Farr is listed as having a New York office and phone number, while the Neil Francis Keenan who signed whatever documents are in your Scribd links did so from Bulgaria. The internet has several results for Neil Francis Keenan being an American who lives in Bulgaria and files lawsuits like the one in question.
The Willkie Farr lawyer seems to be named Neil Raymond Keenan.
You still have not produced any evidence of a lawsuit being filed. Or any documents that appear to have been drafted by an actual lawyer. The documents I clicked on don’t make any sense, do not appear to have been filed in any court, and fail to allege jurisdiction, venue, and standing–basic elements of a lawsuit that any first year law student would know. They are not even styled/captioned correctly, nor do they state a claim for which relief may be granted. They are garbage. Worthless. Completely and utterly without any merit whatsoever, prove nothing, and would likely get any attorney that filed such jibberish sanctioned by the Court. They might even get a layman sanctioned for filing that drivel. That’s how bad they are.

Could you elaborate? I dont have any legal training. Setting aside the merits of the case, what is wrong with the way the documents are written?
What court of law were they filed in? If they weren’t filed, then they don’t mean jack shit legally.
Poor chappy seems to have a permanent tinfoil hat on his head. If you check out the threads (nine) he has started they all deal with CT’s of one sort or another. There’s global warming, world finance, and Jehovah’s Witnesses. chappy seems to have a deep seated need to know the “truth” , or, even better, things others don’t know.
