There's a special spot in hell for these lads...

From an email listserv I’ve been on for the past three or four years:

"It seems that a school system in Pennsylvania put two non-handicapped boys who had been expelled from a previous elementary school on a special-ed bus run. The boys have been teasing and beating up the special ed students, most of whom are relatively helpless, ever since school started:

Link."

I’m going to go to bed before I do or say anything I shouldn’t. Feel free to imagine a line of angry smilies from here to Babylon 5.

Holy shit.

I’m at a loss for words.

The school administrator in this case must be fired.

Preferably from a cannon.

I wouldn’t mind using some “progressive discipline” on those defucktive asshats that call themselves school administrators but are in reality suffering from severe delusions of relevancy.

We’d start with minor electric shocks to the testicles and/or ovaries of each one involved and progress until they were hooked up to a turbine at the Hoover damn.

Why can’t anyone seem to find the happy medium between zero tolerance and letting the little bastards do whatever they want?

WTF was up with the bus aid? Was she just standing there with her thumb up her ass? WTF is she there for? I can’t fucking BELIEVE these people!

I hope this lady sues the school for everything she can get.

I was thinking the same thing. Don’t special ed buses usually have a teacher or some other helper riding along with the driver? Where the hell was this person while all this was going on?

Not to defend the bus monitors, but my experience with them is that they rarely actually have any authority over the kids or experience with them either.

In most cases, the most they can do is report the kids to the principal. In this case, it probably got shoved in a file somewhere and wasn’t addressed properly.

What I’m wondering is what penny pinching idiot decided to let non-Special Needs kids ride on a SN bus? I mean, that person should have a large portion of the responsibility, too. I’m sure it came down to something like the scenario below:

Planner #1: Hey, these two kids are way the heck out of any area that is serviced by our bus. Maybe we can just stick them on this bus instead? I’m sure it’ll be fine.

(not noticing these were kids that had serious behavior problems)

Planner #2: Sounds good. When’s lunch?

I’m outraged!!! What really bothers me is the platitude that the boys were “troubled”. I’ve got news for you. Years later, I was told one of the kids who made my life hell was a “troubled child.” I’ve got news for you: so was I, and my troubles were directly attributable to the actions of this kid and others like him (OK, and my refusal to conform to what I considered a corrupt system).

If these kids had issues, I’m sorry. That does not give them the right to inflict those troubles on others, and schools should have the obligation to protect the weak. This whole incident reminds me of too much of the stuff which happened to me and my best friend at the other end of the state.

I don’t know about hell. No, the boys do not have any right to hurt or harm others in any way. But the offenders are in 2nd and 4th grade.

They’re 7 and 9 years old for crying out loud. And we’re supposed to condemn them to hell?

As outrageous as the actions of the boys were, the harrassment is clearly the result of poor decisions and lack of discipline on the part of the administration.

Gotta agree with sugaree. Kids can be amazingly cruel while having “fun.” The administrators ought to get a good bitch slap though.

That’s why society draws a line between ‘children’ and ‘adults’.

If anyone’s got to have the responsibility for this hung on them it’s the adult decision makers.

Let the little creeps walk to school from now on. Serves 'em right.

Sometimes I think being a moron is a job requirement for school administrators.

My daughter was bitten while riding the bus, and their resolution was to send me a note home saying “Using the bus system is a privilege, not a right, and if E___ can’t ride the bus safely she won’t be allowed anymore.” Ummm, what? Should I teach her tactical bite-avoiding maneuvers?

Are you serious, Luna? I hope you called the school and blistered some ears. What a crock of shit to tell a parent.

Damn. If I got a note like that after something like that had happened to a child of mine, I’m not sure I could be responsible for my subsequent actions.

“Dear administrator: using your office (whap) is a privilege, not a right. (whap) And if you can’t use it safely (whap!) you won’t be allowed there anymore.”

That’s my fantasy of the moment, but OK, it’s not really a healthy one. Let’s try a more rational approach:

"Dear school admins: first, protect the weak from the bullies. Then worry about how to reform the bullies.

Does that order make sense to you? It sure does to me."

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury…

I understand that you have been shocked by the actions of these boys but let us remember that they are just boys and not the demon spawn Mr. Iampunha claims them to be.

Surely, they deserve and should receive punishment for their actions but burning in hell or being forced to fellate demons is not one of those punishments. We reserve those punishments for murderers, child molesters, and fake television psychics.

I believe that we should not be looking at these boys but the educational system and the failure of it’s administrators to allow the systematic abuse of defenseless children while they debated what they call “due process.”

When parents entrust their children to be taught by a school system they expect that those children will be kept safe, free from assault, harrassment, and bullying. The people who are entrusted with the safety of those children are the teachers and administrators within that school and their superiors.

Mrs Milligan has chronicled her attempts to resolve this situation so that the abuse perpetrated on her autistic daughter and nephew would cease. Please see exhibit #1.

Within these documents you will see that she contacted the Vice Principal Susan Rozanski, and the Principal, one Anthony Ciampoli who you will see cowering in the second row… he’s the one without balls.

After no success with either of these individuals she contacted the Office of School Climate and Safety, Superintendent Paul Vallas and state Rep. John Taylor to no avail. Despite promises Vallas never returned any of Mrs. Milligans calls.

You have already heard deputy Superintendant Claudia Averette’s stream of utter bullshit defending the actions of the school administrators and I contend that she is just trying to save her own skanky ass from the unemployment line.

So, in closing I ask that you do not condemn these boys although they do appear to be little fucking bastards and possibly beyond redemption. If that is the case, they will end up fellating demons in some hell dimension at some point anyways.

Focus your wrath on the administrators and find them guilty of gross dereliction of duty in failing to ensure the safety of a defenseless 6 year old autistic girl and the other children who were subjected to seven weeks of terror.

If found guilty, I do not believe that these administrators should be allowed to retain their positions and that the school board has it’s ass sued off.

I would respectfully submit that there would also be nothing wrong with firing Mr. Vallas’ ass from a cannon, having Vice Principal Rozanski and Principal Ciampoli fellate mucous demons, and for State Representative John Taylor to be bent over and have several pineapples forcefully rammed up his ass.

Ms. Averette… I have not forgotten you or your lies either. I wish that you might be visited by Mrs Milligan, who will proceed to bitch slap you into the next century for being such a total fucking cunt. If Mrs Milligan is unable to perform this action I or many others would be more than happy to take her place.

Thank you.
