My car yesterday morning was literally sealed in ice. I rolled down a car window and the ice sheet remained over the window space. It was surreal.
Yup, I’m still busting ice off the car. The fenderbergs are impressive. Mr. S just came down from busting ice off the roof and salting up there – this because I discovered that the blinds in my office were wet from the melt coming in through the windows. Hope my electronics don’t get fried (though so far the wetness is quite far away from them).
Scarlett, you salt your roof, or did I misunderstand? Where are you located? I have never heard of that, though I don’t know why it should be outside the realm of possibility this year.
I am going to take my dog’s water away from him. He is going out 1-2 times an hour and damn that air is cold! What is it now without the sun, like 0 degrees?
My driver’s side window was frozen shut today, so I had to actually go IN to the bank. Hate when that happens.

Today I tried to remove ice from the truck. It actually has a 3 inch high build up on the bumper, and there it stays. I will not break out the grill on the truck too.
