Hmm, another vaguely incomprehensible ad featuring a Simpsons character:

They don’t have to, Bart. They can just grab the other end of the string and pull it out of your pocket with you none the wiser.

i mean, you’d think if you really wanted to safeguard your candy bar, you would tie the other end of the string to your beltloop or something.

I think that’s the point of the ad. It’s highlighting how stupid Bart is - he’s made it so people can steal his candy bar without touching it.

I think some artist is trying to over-tell the joke and ended up making it pointlessly confusing. It’s not enough that the candy bar is in his back pocket where someone could grab it - the opportunity to grab it must be made especially obvious, even if it makes no sense.
