As bubb rubb would say ‘whoo whooooooo’. This is nice, and its about the same price. Four boxes of ground flaxseed at kroger ($6.40 total) has the same amount of fat as a 16oz bottle which I pay $4-8 for online, so its about the same price. Plus the ground stuff has 4g fiber per serving in it and you can mix it in with baking recipes to add more omega 3s and fiber to pancakes, brownies, bread, cake, muffins, waffles, etc. Life is good.
I have some I put in my oatmeal - when I eat oatmeal. I like it for it’s nutty flavor. Yay, flaxseed!
