English is a living language, and when you say “racism” most people will think you mean racial hatred and/or prejudice. If you use it to mean things other than that, it doesn’t matter if you “actually” mean something else, it is not other people’s fault if they misunderstand you.
Now, of course it’s possible to hate and/or hold damaging stereotypes against some races and not others, so if that’s what you mean, then I stand corrected.
