The conviction has been overturned, but he was still found guilty by a jury of his peers, so this is a weak at best vindication.

Phylicia Rashad can get fucked, too. It’s blatantly clear he raped at least this woman, by his own words, and dozens of others. Calling his imprisonment a miscarriage of justice is all but stating, “I don’t care that he did it because I worked with him.”
Also, talk about a fucked up decision. Crosby had an agreement with the previous DA, despite literally no evidence of such a thing? My nine-year-old niece knows you get all that shit in writing. Crosby’s lawyers couldn’t even manage that? Nah.
No written evidence. I assume the previous DA admitted to the agreement. And Cosby probably didn’t want it in writing because that would be a paper near-admission of guilt, which while presumably not admissible in a criminal trial would be gold in a civil suit.
Oral agreements need to be binding as long as there is no dispute about the agreement (and the existence of the agreement here doesn’t appear to be in dispute). It’s the details that require writing and why you should generally require it.
Are there no unresolved criminal cases against Cosby? Surely not all the multi-state statutes of limitations have expired.
They have. The one they got him on was days from being past the limit.
The DA that prosecuted after the deal was made went on to defend trump at his second impeachment. He and Cosby can both rot for all I care.
