Orange cheese curds and maple syrup. I’ve lived in Ontario, and now I live in Calgary and both are hard to find.
You can find the syrup, but it’s REALLY expensive, and the only place you can get orange curds is at the Springbank Cheese Co. and they import them from Ontario.
So there you go.
