Things you learned in Grade School that are still valid

Couple of things:
Basic rules of spelling, and most of their exceptions
Don’t trust authority - but fear the exception
Look deeper… the answer is not always the answer…

He also taught me how to make money playing poker…(Always spot the weak player and build till they bet high)

Don’t feel bad we were all little back then.

And someday we might. Just because we did in the past doesn’t mean we won’t in the future.

The tying of shoes. It is still valid and I still hate it and that is why I wear velcro strap shoes and that is why I am a great American. Plus they were only $10, score. :slight_smile:

In fifth grade I wrote (by hand; oy, my cursive was pretty bad at that time) a short “research” paper on the Saturn V rocket. That’s pretty much still valid.
